Most professionals have to stare at computer screens and books for too many hours in a week. This can create headaches, eye strain, and make you tired. If your eyes need to take a break, you can replace some of your reading with audio books and podcasts. Some people are audio based learners and audio recordings could be an excellent way for them to learn new information.
Podcasts can be downloaded onto any device or burned to a CDR. Many people sometimes mistake podcasting as an Apple only format, but that isn’t the case. Podcast is a generic term for any sort of recorded radio show.
